The Coleman's March

     "The Coleman's March is an album entirely dedicated to Jean Ritchie's reputed talk of her last west coast appearance at the 20th Annual Summer Solstice Folk Music, Dance & Storytelling Festival, held in Calabasa's, California, June 22-23, 2002. This contemporary folk album song list is the very core of the music shared by her thoughout the years. Jean Ritchie has given so much to the music culture of North America that she could never be paid back for what she has given to all of us Americans in our unique melting pot culture. If we can pay her back, we can do it by spreading and sharing the songs she has shared with us. Especially sharing them with our future, the children of America.
     So we who recorded this album, living here in Hawaii, dedicate this album to Jean Ritchie.
