Get ready to tap your toes and clap your hands as the Brazos Valley Dulcimer Club in conjunction with Tarleton's Langdon Center presents a music festival with the purpose of passing down to future generations the wonderful sweet-strings of the hammer and mountain dulcimer mixed with fiddles, guitar and other acoustical instruments.
- Bring your lawn chairs and hear free concerts all day.
- Shop venders selling fine handcrafted instruments and music related items.
- Sign-up for workshop -- Small workshops offering great instruction.
- Jam sessions 6p-8p Friday October 31st
Family fun always happens when dulcimers play. Jam sessions on Friday evening at the frestival site, the southeast corner of Pearl and Crockett Street on the historic square in Granbury. Jam session are being planned with you in mind. If you play an instrument bring it along and join the fun. EVERYBODY is welcome to play.

Held at the Rillito Raceway Park, this competition is being organized by the Old Pueblo Harpers and the Tucson Celtic Festival Association. This is a competition for musicians and vocalists who are looking for an opportunity to share their love of Celtic music to an appreciative audience.

- Registration cost is $20, which includes admission to the Festival for

- Participants must check in at the Festival with competition staff by 9AM.
- The competition will begin in the morning and last till early afternoon.

Please join the North Georgia Foothills Dulcimer Association membership and faculty for a three and a half day festival of learning, playing, performing, kinship and listening entertainment focused on the Mountain Dulcimer, Hammered Dulcimer and Autoharp; it's all happening in an energetic and supportive atmosphere at the Unicoi State Park & Lodge Complex.
